Part 1-Here is a quick reminder of how to remain centered when competing and training for competition. The technique demonstrated in the video is know as alternate nostril breathing.
Part 2- An overview of stretches that prime the hamstrings and hip flexors before training/competition. This can also be used afterwards as a cool down to help decrease post-performance soreness.
