We are sharing Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as “tapping”. Both exercises are great for balancing the brain, bringing your attention to being embodied, help to remove emotional blockages, help re-pattern negative thought patterns, promotes presence and awareness, helps the mind to focus and has a bunch more positive effects on the body, mind and spirit.
