Soul Healing

Soul Healing creates a safe opportunity to listen to and integrate information from two energy patterns, or souls, that have been influencing you—your feelings, thoughts, habits and/or relationships. During the healing, you will be better able to discern the true you and what you have taken on that is not part of the true you. These souls are then released to go with their Lights—their own Spirit Helpers or Guardian Angels.

Soul Healing creates a safe container for release and clarity so all participants can move on from habitual patterns which may be holding them back. Soul Healing also creates an opportunity for the angelic realm, the higher dimensions, to speak and offer teachings.

We recommend that you experience eight Soul Healings as a set. This creates a balance between your feminine and masculine sides and completes the path around the Sacred Spiral (infinity symbol).

Note: Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of Soul Healing. You must be in your seat by the designated start time. Late entry is not permitted.

Suggested gifts: $20-$35

Yoga

“Yoga means ‘to yoke’; to connect. Yoga can give one the knowledge and skills to help recognize how one builds life long patterns that lead to connection of physical, emotional and spiritual awareness as opposed to life long practices that may lead to physical, emotional and spiritual injury.”
-Tracey

Yoga For Athletes

Yoga is not a competitive practice with others or even yourself.  This space provides an athlete the ability to learn how to listen to their body and discern the difference between pain and discomfort. Yoga puts the athlete on a path to begin to recognize when to rest and when to push through, when to hold and when to let go. Yoga gives one the chance to have a ‘beginner’s mind’ filled with curiosity about what the body, the state of mind and emotions have to teach in the given moment that can make all the difference between winning and losing.

This Yoga practice for Athletes (to help them prevent injury and optimize performance) is centered in a spiritual practice that focuses on the five elements of life’s cycle. This work is based on my teacher Joseph Rael’s work  “Being and Vibration” (Rael, 2012).

All existence is vibration. From human breath and heartbeat to the pulsating energies of subatomic particles, to the expansion and contraction of stars and the universe itself, pulsation-vibration is inherent in all that exists. Rael shows how we may experience spiritual reality by accessing vibration through drumming, chanting, and vision quests.” (Rael, 2012).

I feel that this is so much of what yoga has been about for me. I can only be excited about sharing this with another love of mine, which is running and coaching HS athletes.  For me, Life is all about vibration; to be able to access our very existence through the vibration of movement and stillness awakens the very essence of who we are. In this awakened state we are able to perform at our optimal level and discern between pain that can cause and injury and discomfort that allows us to expand beyond what we had originally thought we were capable of.

Hatha Yoga

“There are no emotions or ailments that the medicines of breath and movement cannot soothe. In our practice, we are gifted the ability to expereince shape shifiting of our physical bodies and even greater shifts in our perspectives and beliefs. At it’s roots, the true essence of a seasoned practice does not require us to shift into difficult postures..it calls us to shift our levels of consciousness and awareness. These shifts are at the foundation of Transformational Alchemy “

-Tamira

A steady yoga practice with an empahsis on alignment is a profound tool in our physical and spiritual evolution. Most of us are taught to move from point A to point B but very few of us are shown how to do so with grace and steadiness. Hatha yoga is a call to slow down and engage with this remarkable vehicle for enlightenment that we know as the “body”. It challenges us to be fully present and embodied during our practice and soon we come to find our practice of presence and embodiment showing up both on and off the mat.

I love that this practice evolves along side us as we too evolve and always holds space for our breath and movement. At every level of the practice from beginner to advanced, there are powerful teachings waiting to be gifted to us. Of all my practices yoga and meditation have been the most forgiving and most accessible because they are practices that have taken root in my being.

Forest Bathing

“The Forest is the Therapist. The Guide Opens the Doors.”
-M. Amos Clifford, Founder of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs

Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, which translates to “forest bathing.” Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition”. -M. Amos Clifford, Founder of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Program

Being in nature makes us feel good, this is not new information. Hopefully most of us can at least conjure up an experience of being in the woods and how the sounds of the wind, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh, clean air; offered a sense of comfort.  Simply being outside can restore our mood, give us back our energy and vitality, refresh and rejuvenate us.  Research is now explaining how nature eases our stress and worries, helps us relax and think more clearly. This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Shinrin-yoku is like a bridge. By opening our senses, it bridges the gap between the natural world and us.

Join Tracey for a nurturing stroll woods on our luscious 16 acre sanctuary. This is a sweet opportunity to get lost in the natural wildness of your being while communing deeply with the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms that surround you. The stroll includes the opportunity to sit in meditation in the forest at designated spots.

Come on out to recharge your entire Being and tap into the healing powers that the forest so generously provides. To learn more about forest bathing click here.

Tracey is a certified Forest Bathing/therapy guide in training with the ANFT.
